The Silva Domus studio apartment is connectedto our main home, which is owner-occupied.Your entrance is private. No common areas.The apartment has its own LG ductless air conditioner/heat unit. The Outdoor Space consists of a newly constructed paver walkway that leads to a private gate and onto a Private Paver Patio with seating for two. The walkway and patio are dedicated to our guests.

Contactless check-in/out. Self-check-in with a keypad lock. Host available every day as needed.

Eagle Rock Reservation with hiking trails and NYC overlook. Montclair town center is 1 mile away with many BYOB restaurants! We have a Whole Foods 1 mile away in WestOrange. The neighborhood is diverse, with excellent views of Manhattan.

Orange Train Station - 73 Lincoln Avenue, Orange, New Jersey: 8 minute drive

Bay Street Train Station - 43 Glenridge Ave, Montclair, NJ: 8 minute drive

While the Studio Apartmentis connected to our home, there are no common or shared spaces. Please note you will/may hear my children and me at times as I work from home. The LG washer is a combo, washer and dryer.

Quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.(which means no loud music etc., but you can still message your Host if needed.)

No Parties or extra guests. Smoking is permitted outside only.

The washer/dryer is for the use ofthe guest(s) booked for the reservation only.

The space can only accommodate up to two adults. Children utilizing the same bed or a Pack' N Play are welcome.

We can provide a Pack’ N Play upon request.

Due to your Host’s demanding schedule, we can NOT accommodate any late check-out requests.

Guests will be required to e-sign a Rental Agreement. The Rental Agreement will be sent to the email address you provided when reserving the studio apartment. Signing the Rental Agreement is required on the day of booking to honor your reservation. For any additional payments requested, payment must be made the same day as your reservation request and before the check-in date. A refundable damage deposit in the amountof $300 will be placed as a hold onyour card. Additionally, the guest is responsible for any damages incurred during their stay that exceed the $300 damage deposit.
